The UNIQUE process involves several steps to clean, sanitize and deodorize your carpet.

CLEAN
At UNIQUE, we use the Hydra Master RX-20 Rotary Jet Extractor which glides over the carpet, injecting cleaning solution in one smooth continuous motion. The self-powered RX-20 runs at 90rpm. This means that we will not bring bulky equipment into your house and will clean in an efficient manner.

The RX-20 restores mattered traffic areas and heavily soiled
carpet without abrasive brushes. Five powerful cleaning heads rotate over the carpet, flushing and removing deeply embedded soil from all sides of the carpet fiber. This is followed by five vacuum heads that work together to leave your clean without any residues and chemical by-products. Unlike the steel rod extraction wand used by rentals and other carpet cleaning companies, UNIQUE”s 360 degree rotary process cleans all dimensions of your carpet’s fibers and is equivalent to 5 manual labourers working simultaneously on your carpet.

SANITIZE
It is frequently assumed that carpets and upholstery are clean simply because they look clean. While dirt and stains are obvious, other contaminants such as dust mites, dust, debris, animal dandruff, and bacteria are invisible to most homeowners and are usually hidden below the surface. At UNIQUE, we take great effort to remove these invisible household invaders and do so by respecting the environment.

To sanitize your carpets, we use a 100% environmentally friendly solution that is dispensed evenly across your carpets before applying the UNIQUE process. This allows the solution to break down and dissolve bacteria, dust mites, and soil from the carpet’s fibers without leaving any chemical residue upon completion.

DEODORIZE

The final step in the Unique Process is to deodorize your carpets, giving them that baby fresh clean. At Unique, our technicians apply a neutralizing solution that which eliminates odour at its core while leaving a soft, light scent throughout the house.
