- Turn off furnace
- Remove furnace lid
- Inspect the furnace
- Three step furnace cleaning
- Attach vacuum hose to access point on supply line
above furnace
- Use 300 PSI Air gun at 45’ Degree angle and began
blower cycle cleaning, loosening and removing surface
dust on fan blades
- Spray ZEP Foam coil cleaner on fan blades and
other components than air wash both sides of the
blades and other components.
Furnace Upper Compartment Cleaning
- Remove burner cover, insert air gun and use high
air pressure to blow out any blockage followed by
spraying foam coil cleaner inside the burners and gas
orifices.
- Air wash and wipe down all electric components.
- Check all wires are tightly secured
- Air wash and wipe down all panels and door covers
of the furnace.
- Turn on furnace
- Monitor 2 cycles of furnace to insure smooth
running of the appliance.

- Check operation of thermostat.
- Check condition and tension of fan belt and adjust
